All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping.

4. Shipping

We ship from the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all US orders. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund. No return shipment is required.

International orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

To request a refund, email hello@spicycubes.co with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
