These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of spicycubes.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from & Company LLC, doing business as Spicy Cubes ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or purchase products. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted.

Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to display colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display matches the physical product.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping.

4. Shipping

We ship from the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@spicycubes.co and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window on US orders. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to request a return. Before sending anything back, please contact our customer support for approval and instructions. For a full refund on a product you simply don't like, at least 6 of the 8 cubes must be intact and the remaining items returned in their original condition. If an item arrives damaged, broken, or melted, we will replace it at no cost once we receive reasonable proof. Where you qualify, we provide a prepaid return shipping label; in some cases USPS return fees may apply. International orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns. To request a return or refund, email hello@spicycubes.co with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within one week of our receiving the returned product.        

6. Health Disclaimer

Spicy Cubes products are dietary supplements intended for use by healthy adults. The statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition. Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience any adverse reaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of & Company LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, & Company LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
